Chili and chocolate muffins

Here’s a unique and delicious recipe for chili and chocolate muffins that combines sweet and spicy flavors:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk (or buttermilk)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh chili (or 1 teaspoon chili powder, adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper.
